Experience our Small Group Classes at Rónin Personal Training in Dublin 8. Each 60-minute session includes a mix of strength, conditioning, and mobility work, led by experienced coaches who ensure you get the most out of each workout. With 6 people per class, you’ll receive close attention and feedback while benefiting from the energy and support of others. Consistent attendance has led to great progress for many of our members, and we’re excited to help you do the same.
